Susan Mullins, PharmD and IGCP (IGNS certified)
Owner/Vice President of Pharmacy Operations
Susan Mullins is both owner and pharmacist in charge at Vital Care of Greenville. She was born in Greenville SC and received her PharmD at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Susan is ecstatic about opening up a specialty healthcare center in the heart of the upstate. In her previous executive management position, Susan saw firsthand how the patient's priorities were not the focus. Personally, Susan saw the devastating effects of dementia on both her grandmother and late father. This all led Susan to search for an opportunity in pharmacy where she could reconnect with and form deep relationships with patients to improve their health outcomes.
Susan is embarking on this entrepreneurial journey with her biggest supporter (and husband), Brian, who is the co-owner. They are extremely excited about this opportunity to serve the people in our community.

Brian Mullins
Owner/President
Brian is the other owner and business manager of our operation. He also grew up in the Upstate and has lived in Greenville for over 15 years. Brian earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Clemson University. He has always dreamed of owning and managing a business where he could meet the needs of the community by delivering great products and services. Brian will ensure VItal Care of Greenville is client focused, hard working, and maintains integrity at all costs.

Diana Fanger
Director of Intake and Patient Success

She takes great pride and personal satisfaction in providing exceptional service and support to our patients and providers. Diana and her husband, Korri, have 4 grown children and also 4 grandchildren. They also enjoy spending time with Benny, the family dog. Outside of work, Diana & her husband enjoy traveling, spending time with family & friends, and frequenting local live music venues (the worse the local band is, the better they like them!) 😊

Jay Kemp
Lead Account Executive
Jay has been a registered nurse since graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2010. He has over a decade of experience in the local acute hospital setting with majority of that specialized in pediatric intensive care. Jay has since went on to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry where he has spent the last 5 years using his high quality clinical background in combination with his extensive network of relationships to improve patient care within the Upstate and western North Carolina. When not working, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years and their two children. What brings him the most joy is cheering on his kids while they pursue their passions within the competitive dance and baseball communities.
